    • Plumbing & electrical work (including tracing, troubleshooting, and repairs)
    • Painting & decorating
    • Curtains & blinds installation
    • Cleaning & home/office organizing
    • AC & solar installation and servicing
    • Home appliance repairs & installation (washing machines, refrigerators, ovens, DSTV, generators, etc.)
    • Furniture making, setup, and repairs (including minor repairs like door keys, cabinet fixes, and polishing)

    Our vetted technicians are trained to deliver professional results, and we partner with trusted suppliers to offer quality materials at affordable rates.

  2. Booking and Payment
    • Book a service via our website, WhatsApp, Instagram, X, or TikTok.
    • We’ll review your request and send you a detailed quote and payment instructions.
    • Payments are securely processed via Paystack (debit/credit cards or bank transfers).
    • A minimum deposit of 60% is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

  3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
    You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no cost.
    Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 20% planning fee, unless it’s an emergency. We’ll work with you to find a solution.

  4. Service Delivery
    Services typically start within 48 hours of payment confirmation, or sooner for urgent needs.
    If any unexpected issues arise, we’ll communicate changes in scope or pricing before proceeding.

  5. Materials and Supplies
    We provide quality materials through our partner suppliers at discounted rates.
    Want to use your own materials? Just let us know in advance.
    Any extra material costs will be agreed upon upfront and added to your invoice.

  6. Satisfaction Guarantee
    Your satisfaction is our priority! If you’re not happy with a service, tell us within 48 hours, and we’ll fix it — whether it’s a revisit or a refund.
    Refunds may take up to 7 business days, minus any third-party transaction fees.

  7. Liability and Safety
    We take care of your property, and for moving services, all items are covered under MoveEase Crew Limited’s insurance policy against accidental damage, loss, or breakage during transit.
    Customers are encouraged to inform us of high-value or fragile items so we can ensure proper handling and coverage.
    We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues outside our control (e.g., structural problems).
    Customers should keep the work area safe and accessible (e.g., removing obstacles or hazards).

  8. Privacy and Data
    We collect only the information needed to provide our services (name, email, phone).
    Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where necessary to complete your service.
